Having worked in the fitness and wellness industry for 30 years, ReformU Pilates is a new space for clients to use to focus on their health.

With a holistic approach to fitness, my aim is to provide you with a harmonious balance of strength, flexibility and mindfulness.

Not all Pilates classes are the same, which is why my team and I have created a dynamic selection of classes to suit each individual.

  • Dayna Foden Bell

    REFORMER INSTRUCTOR

    Having studied ballet for 10 years and being a reformer client for around 6 years it seemed only natural for Dayna to move in to teaching after her daughter was born, and she has now been enjoying teaching reformer for over 2 years.

    Dayna is passionate about alignment and form and can show you how to get a challenging workout while maintaining control and alignment.

    Her passion is traditional pilates and she loves to layer her classes to ensure all exercises are attainable but challenging.

    FOUNDER AND DIRECTOR OF REFORMU PILATES

    Christine has been working in the fitness & well-being industry for thirty years in England, the US and Australia. She is passionate about improving the health and well being of her clients.

    Married and a mum to three gorgeous children who have been very involved and supportive in the process of opening the ReformU studio.

    This beautiful new space she has created in Wahroonga is designed to bring the benefits of reformer Pilates to all with a team of friendly, warm instructors that have a genuine care for you, ensuring your workout exactly meet your needs.

    Introducing Bella, the Pilates powerhouse with a flair of fun! With a background in dance and an Advanced Diploma in Performing Arts, she stumbled upon Pilates post-graduation craving a workout that's as dynamic as it is strengthening.

    Her classes are all about energy, dynamism, and a whole lot of good vibes. Join her for a session, and get ready to sweat, stretch, and smile!

    Introducing Charlotte, a dynamic Pilates instructor with a passion for both fitness and teaching! Currently studying Primary Education, Charlotte brings her love for teaching into every Pilates session, aiming to inspire others to embrace the practice just as she has.

    With an enthusiastic flair, she's excited to guide clients on their Pilates journey, hoping they'll fall in love with it just as much as she has. Get ready to tone, strengthen, and have fun with Charlotte as your guide!
