Term and Conditions
Cancellation Policy
All classes must be used at ReformU Wahroonga. Except as otherwise required by law, class packs are non-refundable and are not transferable between individuals and CANNOT be extended except due to illness or injury, in which case we will request a medical certificate. Extensions due to medical reasons must be requested before the expiry date.
No refunds or credits will be provided for any classes unused by the expiry date. Cancellation/rescheduling is required to be made more than at least 8 hours prior to your class beginning. Late cancellations or no shows will incur a lost class. If you cancel or reschedule your class outside of the cancellation period or are a no-show/absent from your class you will lose your class and will not be entitled to a refund.
LATE ARRIVALS
Clients must attend a warm up so please ensure you are on time for your class, late arrivals will not be allowed to enter the class for safety reasons.
